  • All immortal rose products will require a minimum 24-hour processing period prior to being scheduled to ship
  • We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, however shipping rates DO NOT include import duties and taxes. When shipping internationally, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the package.
  • Rates and delivery times will vary depending on customer location and delivery options chosen during checkout.
  • ALL orders will require a signature for delivery.

Return Policy

  • We take pride in delivering artfully crafted immortal roses. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued. We strive to ensure that every order is carefully prepared and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Please double-check the shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or non-deliverable addresses (i.e. PO boxes) provided by the customer.
